To desynchronize a book on the Registres Virtuels:
Access the legal entity's file. Press the button "Access Virtual Registry".
Press "Corporations" on the left.
Then click on the tab with the name of the company in question. Select the section/sub-section and click on the red X at the right end of the document you wish to delete.
To deactivate a company on the virtual registry site (this action will remove access to the registry and will avoid being billed $10.00 the following year)
On the "Management of the corporation" tab, click on "Status" and then "Deactivate".
